## Verdict

The TPRC 'Sierra Madre' Rolling Backpack is a versatile, affordable travel companion with the option to roll or carry as a traditional backpack. While it offers impressive storage, organization, and overall quality, be aware of its balance issues when heavily loaded. Ideal for those seeking a spacious underseat carry-on without sacrificing the convenience of a backpack.

**Top pro:** The option to roll the backpack instead of carrying it is convenient.
**Top con:** The bag lacks stability when loaded, often tipping over unless propped up.
